mission & Vision
Hi, I’m Victor Carter, and while we are in the very beginning stages of this apostolate, I’m excited to share with you the dream that is driving the mission and vision of this ministry.
The Mission
The mission is simple yet profound, to inspire Catholics to cultivate a vital and personal relationship with the living and true God (CCC 2558) and to equip them in more fully living out His purpose and plan for their lives.
The Vision
The vision for achieving this is to create resources that inspire Catholics to integrate faith into the everyday fabric of life. All too often, people experience Catholicism as confined to Sunday Mass and formal devotions, while failing to experience a more personal relationship with Christ that naturally influences their daily living and outlook on life. Our focus is on producing practical resources for families and parents that help to bridge this connection.
The Prayer & Journaling Sheets
The prayer and journaling sheets are the first resource for helping to bring about this transformation. These resources are designed to help people grow in a more personal relationship with Christ by encountering Him through practical and inspiring passages of scripture that relate to the realities of everyday life.
The prayer sheets are also designed to promote a dynamic form of family prayer where talking about Christ, praying from the heart, and striving to live Christian lives becomes a much more vibrant reality to a family’s life.
Future Resources
The next resource in development is a series of practical meditations and life lessons that go deeper into living as Christians in the everyday realities of life.
These meditations will guide Catholics to:
1. Deepen their conviction that God has a purpose and plan for their lives (Jeremiah 29:11).
2. Embrace their mission to be good stewards of the gifts God has entrusted to them (1 Peter 4:10).
3. Recognize that even in life's challenges and setbacks, God is at work, transforming them into the person He intends them to be (Hebrews 12:11).
4. Develop a deeper trust in the Lord, confident that He is present in their lives and faithfully guiding their steps. (Proverbs 3:5).
The primary goal is for Catholics to develop a deep love for daily personal prayer where they encounter Christ through scripture and allow His Word to transform their outlook on life, and inspire them to live as Christians in every aspect of their lives.
Reaching Families
In addition to producing these and other related resources, we are working towards the bandwidth to begin reaching more families through YouTube, social media, family prayer workshops and many other means.
Starting with the prayer and journaling sheets, my hope is that these resources will help all of us to grow more deeply in our relationship with Christ and to more fully live out his purpose and plan for our lives.
